* You are requested to inform us in advance about your estimated arrival time as we do not operate a front desk in a lot of properties. If you plan to arrive outside office hours, please also inform us in advance. We would also recommend that you call your Apartment Manager when you reach Delhi Airport or Railway Station so that they can co-ordinate a smooth check-in at your apartment.
* Our Standard Check-In Time is 14:00 & Check-Out Time is 10:00.
* Cancellation Policy: The cancellation is subjected to the reservation policy at the time of reservation.
* Once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged.
* GST is applicable on all rentals.
* A refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
* Housekeeping & Linen Changes will be provided on alternate days of the week, except Sunday & Public Holidays.
* Decor of apartment allocated may vary but photos are indicative. In rare case of any non-availability of this property, we will offer you an alternate property of equivalent or higher standard in the vicinity.
* The property offers Special Rates for Weekly (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly (minimum 28 nights) Stays but all Bookings will be required to pay Electricity charges upon actual usage.
